What we collect

When you register with email, we store your email address and a password hash. When you sign in with Google, we request only the openid and email scopes and store the stable Google account identifier (sub) and verified email address. We do not receive your Google password or retain Google access or refresh tokens.

To provide the service, we also store hashed API keys, wallet and transaction records, task runs and usage records, security audit logs, and information necessary to complete payments or data jobs.

How we use data

We use this data only to create and protect your account, keep you signed in, perform requested data jobs, handle billing and support, and prevent abuse. We do not sell personal information or use Google sign-in data for advertising.

Sharing and retention

We share only the minimum information necessary with infrastructure, payment, and upstream data providers that fulfill your requests, or when disclosure is legally required. Data is retained only as long as needed to operate the service and meet security, financial, and legal obligations.

Your choices

You can export your account data, revoke API keys, or permanently delete your account from the dashboard. You can also revoke ProLevelMax access from your Google Account's third-party connections settings.
